1. Order PolicyAll orders must be placed at least 24 hours in advance.
Custom cakes may require additional preparation time.
2. Payment Policy Full payment is required at the time of order confirmation. We accept online payments, UPI, and cash for walk-in customers.3. Cancellation & Refund Policy Orders canceled 24 hours before pickup/delivery are eligible for a full refund. No refunds for cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled pickup/delivery. Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days.4. Returns & Replacement Policy Due to the perishable nature of our products, returns are not accepted. If there's an issue with your order (wrong item, damage, or quality concerns), please contact us within 2 hours of receiving the product for a replacement or store credit.5. Delivery Policy We do not offer delivery services to any location. Customers are required to collect their orders from our store or arrange their own third-party delivery service (e.g., Dunzo, Swiggy Genie, etc.). Once the order leaves our premises, we are not responsible for any damages or delays caused by third-party delivery services. Customers must ensure timely pickup to maintain the freshness and quality of the cakes.6. Allergens & Special Dietary Requests While we take utmost care in baking, our products may contain nuts, dairy, gluten, and other allergens. Customers with dietary restrictions must inform us in advance, but we do not guarantee 100% allergen-free products.7. Store Policies Once sold, items cannot be exchanged unless there’s a genuine mistake on our part (e.g., incorrect item, quality issue). We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone engaging in misconduct or fraudulent activities.
